Individuals using services provided by Skin Masters electronically and visiting the Skin Masters website: www.skinmasters.pl have full control over their personal data provided to us. TRIPOUT limits the collection and use of information about its users to the necessary minimum (in accordance with the principle of minimization). We process only the data that is necessary for the proper provision of services in the course of our business activities (conclusion and proper performance of the contract) and if it is necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of Skin Masters (assertion of claims, verification of creditworthiness, technical support, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents). Processing of data for marketing purposes is permissible.

As long as you are with Skin Masters, your data is processed by us. In case of account deletion, your data will be stored by us only for the period of limitation of claims, warranty for defects, and provided guarantee

Personal data can be disclosed to entities processing personal data under agreements concluded with Skin Masters, entities providing hosting services on behalf of the administrator, entities carrying out marketing or sales campaigns on behalf of the administrator, other subcontractors of the administrator providing services in the field of software delivery, software or hardware servicing, as well as suppliers of goods, supervisory authorities overseeing compliance with the law and other public administration authorities, and employees of the administrator who have been expressly authorized in writing to process personal data based on appropriate authorization, and who are responsible for violating the principles of personal data processing. Skin Masters does not disclose your personal data to other entities than those expressly authorized under applicable law.

Skin Masters collects for the purpose of providing services: first and last name, company name, residential/business address, mailing address, email address, phone number, and data related to placed orders.

Processing of your personal data is based on:

         - the necessity to take action at your request, before entering into a contract,

         - the necessity to perform the concluded contract,

         - obligations arising from generally applicable legal provisions.
